Ertian Hua, male, was born in September 1963 in Cixi, Zhejiang Province. He is a doctor of engineering, a researcher and a doctoral supervisor. He began his career in August 1983. Since November 2008, he became Vice President of both Zhejiang Gongshang University and Zhejiang University of Technology, serving there as a member of Party Committee. He was the President of Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power, and a member of Party Committee. And he also served as Deputy Director of the Third Bureau of Chinese Academy of Engineering. In addition to his research activity, he has held several important positions including Member of Mechanical Basis Education Steering Committee of Ministry of Education, Executive Director of both Industrial Design Institution of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society (CMES) and China Association of Council of Hydraulic Engineering Education (CAHEE), and Vice President of Higher Education Branch of Chinese Hydraulic Engineering Society.
He mainly focuses on product innovation design and manufacturing, optimization of design parameters, data mining, and image processing, etc. He has made theoretical breakthroughs in product innovation design, optimization of design parameters, intelligent decision and optimization, and CT/PAT-CT localized manufacturing technology, which has possessed huge economic and social benefits. In recent years, he, as the first accomplisher, has won more than 10 awards at a national and provincial level, including National Teaching Achievements Award (Second Class Award), Zhejiang Provincial Teaching Achievements Award (First Class Award) and National Business Technology Progress Award (Special Award); he also undertook more than 20 projects, including 973 Program - Preliminary Research Projects, General Projects of NSFC, and Zhejiang Key Science and Technology Projects. He has published one scholarly monograph, authored over 60 academic papers, and holds over 4 Chinese patents.
Prof. Tiantai Li

Tiantai Li, male from Zhongning, the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, was born in September 1962. He joined the Communist Party of China in June 1996. He is not only Doctor of engineering, Professor and Doctorate Mentor, but also President and Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of Xi'an Shiyou University.
Li conducted research on Petroleum Engineering Information Application Theory and Technology, oil and gas reservoir protection technology and theory, the theory and technology of shaft wall stability, and oil and gas field development and production theory and technology. He also made a series of research progress and gained many innovative results in the development and production of conventional and unconventional oil and gas in the western basins of Ordos and Tarim. Besides, he was responsible for more than 10 vertical projects above the provincial and ministerial level, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Science and Technology Major Projects, and Shaanxi Provincial Major Special Projects, and more than 30 corporate cooperation projects. He published over 110 papers, more than 30 of which were accepted by a SCI and EI journals. He wrote and published three books. In terms of awards, he won one second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, four first prizes of provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress, one first prize of Shaanxi Province Teaching Achievement Award, one second prize of China National Petroleum Corporation Science and Technology Progress Award and sixteen department-level science and technology progress awards.
Chenyang Xue

ChenYang Xue is a representative of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party, a recipient of the National Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, and the director of the Key Laboratory of Instrument Science and Dynamic Testing of the Ministry of Education. In recent years, he has devoted himself to the research of micro-nano devices and systems and has formed characteristics and advantages in MEMS vector hydrophones, CMUT ultrasonic transducers, turbulence detection methods, and micro-energy sources. He is the chief scientist of the 863 Project of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China and leader of the instrument special project of the National Foundation of China. He has won the second prize of National Technology Invention Award (ranked the 3rd) and the first prize of Provincial Technology Invention Award (ranked the 1st). He has published a monograph, more than 140 SCI papers with more than 300 citations, and authorized more than 50 national invention patents. The high-sensitivity, small-volume, low-cost bionic vector hydrophone he developed is the earliest micro-nano vector underwater acoustic sensor device to achieve engineering application in China, and the research results have been successfully applied in marine and medical fields, expanding the application of micro-nano technology in the field of hydroacoustic sensing. In addition, micro-integrated infrared gas sensors, MEMS step attenuators, micro-nano energy collectors, and wireless passive micro-sensor monitoring systems have also been developed.

Prof. Chack-fan Lee
Chack-fan Lee was born on May 4, 1945, in Zhongshan, Guangdong Province. He is an expert in geologic and hydraulic engineering, an Academician of CAE, a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of EngineeringDirector of HKU SPACE, and Chancellor of CHCHE.
Prof. Lee graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering, HKU with a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in 1968 and 1970 respectively. After finishing his Ph.D. in the University of Western Ontario in 1972, he stayed there to teach and served as an assistant of the Department of Civil Engineering before starting a long and upward career with Ontario Hydro in Canada, from senior to chief engineer and to general manager of the Engineering Department. In Ontario Hydro, he was in charge of several research projects, including nuclear waste disposal, safety assessment of dams, the construction of hydroelectric stations and nuclear power plants, etc. In 1994, he returned to HKU as a professor in the Department of Civil Engineering, serving the University as a Chair Professor, Head of the Department of Civil Engineering and Pro-Vice-Chancellor (University Relations) of HKU. He was elected a Fellow of the Hong Kong Academy of Engineering Science and a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering in 2001, and an Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering in 2003. He also served as an Associate Dean of the Hong Kong Academy of Engineering Science, and then a Professor of School of Civil Engineering, Tsinghua University in 2002 and 2005 respectively. In January 2019, Prof. Lee joined in NingboTech for a full-time job, and set an Academician Workstation at Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power.
Prof. Sheleh Valery
Sheleh Valery, Professor, Doctoc of Engineering Sciences, Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (NASB), and the receiver of the Honored Scientist of Belarus, Lenin Komsomol Prize of Belarus, and State Prize of the Byelorussian Soviet Socialist Republic. He was awarded with honorary certificates by NASB, the State Committee on Science and Technology of Belarus (SCST), the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Belarus and Higher Attestation Commission of Belarus. Since 2005, Prof. Konstantinovich has served as Head of the Mechanical Engineering Faculty, Belarusian National Technical University, Chairman of Senior Expert Committee for Evaluation, Chairman of the SCST, Chairman of Expert Committee of the Ministry of Education, and Chief Editor of several scientific journals.
His research interests mainly cover powder metallurgy, welding and protective coatings.Until now, he has cultivated 3 doctocs and 9 kandidat nauks (candidates of sciences). He is also author of more than 600 scientific papers, including 15 monographs and teaching materials, more than 240 cppyright certificates and patents.

Shubin Yan holds a Ph.D. degree, and is currently a professor and Ph.D. supervisor with the College of Electrical Engineering at Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power. Yan has been a post-doctoral research fellow with Tsinghua University, a visiting scholar at University of Tennessee and University of Arkansas in the U.S., and a visiting scholar of “Outstanding Youth Program of Ministry of Education of China” at Wuhan University.
Yan is engaged in research on micro-nano optical sensors and micro-nano manufacturing, and his research interest covers nano-optical lightguide transmission, photon device, microfabricated atomic clock, and sensors and system integration based on high-Q microcavity. Yan has published more than 150 journal papers and owns over 40 patented inventions in China. He has chaired 6 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and 1 key research project funded by the Natural Science Foundation of Zhejiang Province.
Prof. Rongjun Zhang

Zhang Rongjun, male, Han nationality, born in November 1968 in Dezhou, Shandong Province, Doctor of engineering, Professor and doctoral supervisor. He is currently a member of the Party committee and deputy dean of Xi'an Shiyou University.
In July 1992, he graduated from Xi'an Petroleum Institute with a bachelor's degree in oil production engineering and stayed in school to teach in the same year; Graduated from Xi'an University of petroleum in July 2003, majoring in oil and gas field development engineering, with a master's degree in engineering; In June 2008, he graduated from oil and gas field geology and development engineering of Northwest University with a doctor's degree in engineering. From February 2016 to February 2017, he worked as a visiting scholar at the University of Calgary, Canada.
He has successively served as director of the basic laboratory and general office of the Department of oilfield development of Xi'an University of petroleum, deputy secretary of the Party committee of the school of petroleum engineering of Xi'an University of petroleum, director (director) of the international exchange and cooperation department (Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan office), president of the school of international education and director of the science and technology department. In April 2021, he served as member of the Party committee and vice president of Xi'an University of petroleum. He is also the deputy director of the academic committee of Xi'an University of petroleum, the president of the Federation of overseas Chinese, the SPE member, the director of Shaanxi petroleum society, the director of Shaanxi European and American Students Association (Canada overseas branch), and the editorial board of special oil and gas reservoir magazine.
He has long been engaged in teaching and scientific research on physical and chemical seepage, reservoir engineering, EOR theory and technology in oil and gas field development engineering. He mainly teaches courses such as reservoir engineering, seepage mechanics and introduction to petroleum industry, and has won the first prize of teaching quality of Xi'an Petroleum University. In recent years, he has presided over and participated in more than 40 scientific research projects such as the national key research plan, "973", the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Ministry of education, "the Eleventh Five Year Plan" and Shaanxi science and technology research plan, published 4 monographs, published more than 60 articles in domestic and foreign academic journals such as journal of petroleum, petroleum exploration and development and molecules (9 of which were included by SCI and EI), and won 2 second prizes for scientific and technological progress of Shaanxi Province One third prize, three first prizes and two second prizes for scientific and technological progress of colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province, and two patents were granted.
Professor Jie Wu

Jie Wu, male, born in November 1965, is a native of Yongchuan, Chongqing, serving as a professor and master’s supervisor with a Ph.D. in engineering.
He graduated from Northwestern Polytechnical University with a bachelor’s degree in torpedo overall design in July 1986; he graduated from Northwestern Polytechnical University with a master’s degree in gyro and inertial navigation in April 1989; he graduated from Xi’an Jiaotong University with a doctorate degree in the electromagnetic field and microwave technique in March 1997; he conducted academic research in the Advanced Scientific Research Department of Western Atlas International from April 1995 to October 1996.
He joined the School of Electronic Engineering of Xi’an Shiyou University in April 1989; he was accredited as Associate Professor in December 1989 and Professor in December 2003; he has been appointed as the supervisor of Master’s degree students since 2000. In 2018, he served as the Dean of the School of Electronic Engineering. In addition, he is also the director of Shaanxi Geophysical Society, Shaanxi Instrument and Control Society, and Shaanxi Provincial Society of Automation.
He has long been engaged in the teaching of measurement & control technology and instrumentation as well as scientific research in the field of advanced electromagnetic logging. He has taught 9 courses including “Comprehensive Interpretation Methods for Logging”, “Electromagnetism with Applications (Bilingual)”, “Electromagnetic Field and Microwave Technology” for undergraduate students, and “Electromagnetic Field Theory and Applications” and “Optimal Control Theory” for graduate students. He acts as the head of the provincial-level dominant discipline of “Instrument Science and Technology” in Xi’an Shiyou University. He is engaged in scientific research in the research direction of logging information processing theory and technology in the provincial key laboratory of oil and gas well logging and control, and has established a research platform of logging methods and signal processing with advanced level in China. He has completed 42 projects under the National High Technology Research and Development Program (863 Program), provincial and ministerial projects, and oilfield technology development projects. His research achievements in the field of “array induction logging signal synthesis technology” have won one third prize of science and technology in Shaanxi Province, one second prize of technological innovation in CNPC, and one second prize of science and technology in Shaanxi higher education. He has published more than 110 papers, 38 authorized patents, 3 monographs, and 1 textbook.

Professor Bo Zhao
Bo Zhao, male, was born in January, 1975, in Wangcang, Sichuan Province. He is a doctor and professor.
Zhao launched his career in March 2002. He received his Ph.D. in November 2005, and then was appointed as a professor in November 2009. Since June 2008, he has served as Deputy Director of the Office of Academic Affairs, Anhui University of Finance and Economics, Deputy Director and then Director of the Office of Academic Affairs, Zhejiang International Studies University, and also a Standing Committee Member and Deputy Governor (temporary positions) of Qingyuan County, Zhejiang Province.
Prof. Zhao is currently a member of Party Committee as well as Associate Dean of Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power. He has broad responsibilities in the University, including discipline construction, scientific research, journals, foreign affairs, capital construction, information construction, etc. He is also in charge of Science and Technology Department (Discipline Construction Office, Department of Academic Journal Editing), International Exchanges and Cooperation Department, Campus Construction Department and Modern Education Technology Center and College of International Education. His main research interest is agricultural products circulation.
He has presided over many provincial and national level projects, including the National Social Science Foundation, the Humanities and Social Science Research Project supported by the Ministry of Education, and the China Postdoctoral Fund Project, etc. He has published more than 30 academic papers in journals such as Economic Perspectives, Business Management Journal, Finance & Trade Economy, China Journal of Economics, etc. He was awarded one second prize and one third prize from the Ministry of Commerce for the National Business Research Achievement Award.
Professor Jie Wu
Jie Wu, male, born in November 1965, is a native of Yongchuan, Chongqing, serving as a professor and master’s supervisor with a Ph.D. in engineering.
