2024 6th International Conference on Intelligent Control, Measurement and Signal Processing (ICMSP 2024) successfully held in Xi'an
On November 30, 2024, the 2024 6th International Conference on Intelligent Control, Measurement and Signal Processing (ICMSP 2024) took place in Xi 'an Shiyou University Yanta Campus. This event was hosted by Xi'an Shiyou University, China Oilfield Services Limited, Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power and CNPC Manufacturing Innovation Center.
ICMSP 2024 convened over 450 scholars from across the globe, representing more than 45 universities, over 10 professional research institutes, and approximately 10 enterprises. Among the notable attendees were representatives from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Sun Yat-sen University, National University of Defense Technology, Southwest Petroleum University, Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology, Chang'an University, Southeast University, Wuhan University of Technology, Jinan University, Northwest University and more.

On the morning of November 30, the opening ceremony was presided over by Professor FeiLi, Dean of School of Electronic Engineering of Xi'an Shiyou University. The experts shared their latest research progress, covering the cutting-edge fields of intelligent control, measurement and signal processing, and provided valuable academic insights for the participants with their profound insights and rich research experiences.

The session report on December 1 provided a platform for participants to present their research results and exchange ideas. Nearly 30 scholars from various fields enthusiastically presented their research and shared innovative ideas. Four scholars, Hongjin Ma from Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology, Zeyu Jing from Harbin Engineering University, and Wen Sun and Huimin Liu from Xi'an Shiyou University, won the Best Oral Presentation Award.

The International Conference on Intelligent Control, Measurement and Signal Processing (ICMSP) is supported by IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers). Its purpose is to discuss the application of new technologies and methods such as sensors, measurement and detection, signal processing, and intelligent control in the efficient exploration and development of oil and gas fields and to provide new technologies and ideas for the construction of intelligent oil fields. It is of great significance for disseminating cutting-edge information in disciplines and industries, promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and condensing academic achievements in the industry.
2024年11月29日-12月1日，第六届智能控制、测量与信号处理国际学术会议 (ICMSP 2024)在西安石油大学（雁塔校区）会议中心圆满召开会议。会议由西安石油大学、中海油田服务股份有限公司、浙江水利水电学院、中国石油装备制造创新中心联合主办，西安石油大学电子工程学院、西安理工大学计算机科学与工程学院、长安大学电子与控制工程学院、浙江水利水电学院电气工程学院、宝鸡石油机械有限责任公司国家油气钻井装备工程技术研究中心智能控制研究所、中国海洋石油集团有限公司测井与定向钻井重点实验室、西安市油气及新能源开发装备智能化重点实验室与AEIC学术交流中心联合承办。本次会议吸引了400余名专家学者齐聚一堂，共同探讨当前领域内的最新研究成果与未来发展趋势。
11月30日上午，会议在庄重开幕式中拉开帷幕，开幕式由西安石油大学电子工程学院院长李飞教授主持。西安石油大学张荣军副校长与浙江水利水电学院王建军副校长分别在开幕式上发表了热情洋溢的致辞，代表学校对远道而来的各位嘉宾和专家学者表示最热烈的欢迎，并对大家长期以来对学校教育事业发展给予的支持和帮助表示诚挚的感谢，并表示此次会议的举办将极大促进学校与国际学术界的合作与交流。
本次大会邀请了长江学者、国家优青、美国光学学会会士（Optica Fellow）暨南大学郭团研究员，长江学者哈尔滨工业大学航天学院副院长董永康教授，国家优青、西北工业大学李天成教授，国家级海外高层次青年人才计划入选者电子科技大学张琼教授，西安交通大学汤晓君教授，浙江水利水电学院电气工程学院副院长闫树斌教授，中海油田服务股份有限公司油田技术研究院副院长于增辉高工，西安交通大学史金刚教授，中国石油装备制造创新中心（北京石油机械有限公司）副总经理杨双业高工与西安石油大学严正国教授共10位知名专家学者做主讲报告。专家们分享了他们的最新研究进展，涵盖了智能控制、测量与信号处理的前沿领域，以其深刻的见解和丰富的研究经验，为与会者们提供了极具价值的学术启示。
12月1日的分会场报告，为参会者提供了展示研究成果和思想碰撞的平台。来自各领域的近30位学者踊跃展示自己的研究，分享创新思路。最终来自西安建筑科技大学的马洪晋、哈尔滨工程大学的景泽宇、西安石油大学的孙文和刘慧敏4名学者荣获最佳口头报告奖。
会议现场共展出了50张学术海报，引起了众多学者的参观与讨论，也为青年学者提供了崭露头角的机会。
智能控制、测量与信号处理国际学术会议（ICMSP）由IEEE（电气和电子工程师协会）作为技术支持，其宗旨是研讨传感器、测量与检测、信号处理、智能控制等新技术、新方法在油气田高效勘探开发中的应用，为智能油田建设提供新技术、新思路。对于传播学科及行业前沿信息、促进科技成果转化、凝练行业学术成果等具有重要意义。
